So, when will my order ship?
- We know you're super anxious to get your new Emmer pieces (we don't blame you!), so our shipping team is committed to being fast. Like... really fast. We ship orders of in-stock items the SAME DAY from right here in North Carolina when you place your order before 12 PM EST Monday-Friday. All orders of in-stock items placed after 12 PM EST will be shipped first thing the next morning! Our shipping times can vary on holidays, so feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions about holidays affecting your ship time!
- If your order contains a pre-order item, your shipping time will be based on the estimated ship date of your pre-order item(s). For full info, please see our Placing A Pre-Order Page!
How quickly will I receive my Emmer goodies?
- We pride ourselves on our insanely fast shipping! All of our orders deliver within 1-3 business days to anywhere in the continental U.S. from our warehouse in Asheboro, North Carolina. We also offer rush shipping items if you need your items by a specific date! You can always contact us to get an ETA on when your order should arrive if you're concerned with a delivery date!
What shipping options can I choose from?
- We offer shipping services for all of your needs! For orders of $99 USD or more, you can get FREE standard shipping in the United States! If you need something quicker, we offer some super speedy methods, including: UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, USPS Priority USPS Priority Express, and more!
I don't live in the United States! Can I still order from Emmer?
- Absolutely!! We have Emmer Girls worldwide, so we ship everywhere! Canada, Europe, Australia, you name it! Please know we're unable to pay duties and customs fees on orders going outside of the U.S.
I'm having problems with USPS. What now?
- We know it can be frustrating when your package gets delayed or there are problems, and we're here for you! Though Emmer cannot be held responsible for packages delayed, damaged, lost, or marked "delivered" by USPS or UPS, we'll do all we can to help you get your package so you can start rocking your new outfits! In order to be able to issue a refund or a replacement, we need to be contacted within three days of your package being marked "delivered." Otherwise, a store credit will be issued for your order total.
- Please know that Emmer is not responsible for any additional fees proposed by USPS or UPS. If you have any problems or questions with your package, please call us at (877) 238-7178 after contacting your local USPS for immediate assistance!
