What's our return policy?
We accept returns for online store credit only for non-final sale items up to 14 calendar days of the date you place your order. Credit will be applied for the amount paid for the product. Credit will only be applied for the item, not for any shipping and handling charges.
Final sale items include, accessories, leggings, bralettes, seasonal items, beach bags, swimwear, sunglasses, graphic tees, and items marked in the clearance or sale category.
IF you used a FREE shipping coupon on your order please know that we will subtract the discounted shipping amount from the returned store credit.
We do not hold items for exchange. Please know that if you want to return an item in exchange for another size we will wait until we get your original order back and issue you a store credit that you can use to reorder the size you need.
Please know that if your original order was purchased from the SALE category or clearance section that it is FINAL SALE and will have a 25% restocking fee applied to your store credit.
GRAPHIC TEES & MONOGRAMS: all seasonal graphic tees are final sale. This includes all graphic tees that are themed around Fall and any Holiday. ALL MONOGRAMS are FINAL SALE as they are personalized to you. The only exception to these returns is if the item was received damaged.
• If you place an order and do not use your store credit, we cannot apply that credit afterward. If you have any issues with your credit, please email firstname.lastname@example.org before placing your order.
The item must be NEW, UNWORN, UNWASHED and tags attached. Once we receive the item we will inspect it for use. If the item does not appear to be used we will issue you a store credit. You may exchange your order twice. After that we will no longer accept the exchange.
We reserve the right to deny an exchange if the item returned has been worn, washed, or altered in any way (makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, cigarette smoke, or similar product stains) these items will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping costs.
All return charges are at your own expense. We will not cover the shipping fees. We suggest using a service that provides a tracking number.
If we receive items back from the post office as "Return To Sender" we will process the return and issue you a store credit.
Accessories, Jewelry, leggings, Hats, Boot cuffs, bras, holiday items, scarves, SALE category items, CLEARANCE items are FINAL and are subject to a 25% restocking fee if returned. Items sent back that were purchased with a 25% off or higher coupon code are subject to a 25% - 35% restocking fee.
All items won through a Emmer & Oat promotional giveaway are not eligible for return or exchange. All items purchased with a Emmer & Oat gift card won through a Emmer & Oat promotional giveaway are not eligible for return or exchange.
If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact us within 3 days to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 3 days of receiving the item then it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement.
ALL items sent back that do not meet our return policy criteria are subject to a 25% restocking fee
• Due to our limited quantities and high demand of our items, we are unable to offer exchanges on any items.
Giveaway winners will be announced on the original giveaway post. Each winner is only eligible to win 1 giveaway within 60 calendar days. Please note if you have been chosen as a winner and have already won an Emmer & Oat giveaway within the last 60 days you will not eligible to win. If by chance you are chosen to win we will redraw the winner name. Please note you are only allowed to win a total of 3 giveaways.
How should I send my return back?
Please refer to the Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated.
Download and complete the return form provided HERE and include it inside the package you are returning.
Securely package your items in a post certified package
Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Return shipping costs are currently not reimbursed by Emmer & Oat .

If your package arrives at Emmer & Oat Returns Department within the 14-day timeline specified above, your store credit will be processed within 2 weeks of the date we receive it to our warehouse. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction took place. The store credit will be issued to the email address we have on file.
