At Emmer, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or needs. In such cases, we offer a comprehensive return policy to ensure your satisfaction.

What Qualifies to be Returned?

Items that are not marked as final sale can be returned. Additionally, we accept returns for items that are returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. This allows you ample time to assess the product and decide if it meets your requirements. 

What Qualifies for a Store Credit?

If you wish to receive a store credit, we accept items returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Furthermore, orders placed with a discount code under 15% are also eligible for a store credit. Exchanges can be sent back for a store credit within 30 days from the original order date.

All Returns are Store Credit

 

All returns made will receive store credit. At this time we do not offer refunds. All items must be sent back with tags attached, no stains, unwashed, and unworn.
